When people ask what it's like to live at Turtle Creek, we always start with the location. Our community sits on Van Buren Boulevard in Riverside's Arlanza neighborhood, and so much of everyday life is right outside the gate. Your morning coffee at Dutch Bros is a two-minute walk. Walmart is five minutes on foot. Saturday brunch at Flo's Farmhouse Cafe, a local favorite since 1992, is an easy stroll up the street.
When you want some fresh air, the newly renovated Tim Strack Park is about ten minutes away on foot, with outdoor fitness stations, playgrounds and walking paths, and it's a favorite with neighbors out walking their dogs. When you do get in the car, the rest is close by too. The 91 Freeway on-ramp at Van Buren Boulevard is about six minutes away, and the Galleria at Tyler, the Van Buren Drive-In, Kaiser Permanente, California Baptist University and two Metrolink stations are all within about a ten-minute drive.
